Launchpad setup

What Launchpad does

Launchpad is the setup companion included with RevGrow. You start it with one command from the project folder (the exact command is in the README of your download) and it stays with you until your platform is live. It waits at every step, so you can stop and come back.

The steps

1. Check your computer. Launchpad confirms Node.js and the other prerequisites before it changes anything.
2. Create your accounts. It points you to Convex and Vercel and tells you exactly what to copy from each.
3. Provision the backend. One bootstrap step deploys the backend, generates your secrets and creates your agency and first admin account. It is safe to run again and never touches an install that already exists.
4. Pick your providers. Choose your email service, and if you want them, your calling and texting carrier and Stripe. You connect them in the dashboard rather than pasting secrets into a terminal.
5. Point your domain. Launchpad shows the DNS records to add and checks them for you.
6. Register for business texting. If you send texts in the United States, it walks you through A2P 10DLC registration.
7. Sign in. Open your domain, sign in as the admin it created, and follow Getting started.

If a step fails

Launchpad tells you which step stopped and why. Fix the cause it names and run it again; finished steps are skipped. If you are stuck, email hamid@revgrow.app with the message it printed.
