Terms of Service
Plain language. Last updated October 2026.
Plain-language terms for the RevGrow website, the waitlist and how buying the licence will work. The licence terms cover the source code itself.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of revgrow.app, the RevGrow waitlist and anything else we offer on this website. "RevGrow", "we", "us" and "our" mean RevGrow, the business run by Hamid Mazumder that makes the RevGrow CRM. "You" means the person using the site, or the business you use it for.
By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Questions about these terms go to hamid@revgrow.app.
2. The other terms that apply
These terms sit alongside three other pages:
- The licence terms govern the RevGrow source code licence: what you get, what you can and cannot do with the code, delivery, updates, warranty and liability for the product.
- The refund policy explains why licence sales are final once the download is delivered, and what happens if delivery goes wrong.
- The privacy policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it.
If these terms and the licence terms ever disagree about the licence or the code, the licence terms win.
3. What RevGrow is
RevGrow is a white-label CRM sold as a one-time licence to its source code. You buy it once, host it on infrastructure you choose, and run it under your own name, logo and domains for your business and your clients. The modules, the setup guide and the documentation are described on the features pages and in the docs.
A hosted plan, where we run hosting, updates and backups for you, is planned for later. It is not available yet. Its own terms, including billing and cancellation, will be published before it launches.
Items marked Coming soon or On the roadmap are plans, not promises. We may change, delay or drop them, and you should buy based on what ships today.
4. The website and the waitlist
RevGrow is not on sale yet. Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a purchase, a reservation or any obligation for you or for us, and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing hamid@revgrow.app.
We will email the waitlist before sales open. Any founding offer described on the site applies as it is described there when sales open, and only while that offer is available.
5. Buying the licence
When sales open, these points apply to every licence purchase:
- The price is the one shown at checkout when you buy. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
- After payment you receive a licence key and a download link by email, as described in the licence terms.
- At checkout you agree to immediate delivery of digital content. Once the download link is provided, licence sales are final, as explained in the refund policy.
- You must give accurate details at checkout, including a working email address, so we can deliver the licence and contact you about it.
6. Self-hosting and security
When you run RevGrow on your own infrastructure, you control that installation and you are responsible for it. That includes:
- Choosing, paying for and securing the servers, databases and domains it runs on.
- Keeping passwords, API keys, licence keys and admin access safe, and giving access only to people who should have it.
- Taking backups and applying updates, including security fixes, when we release them.
- The data you and your clients put into it, and the privacy notices and agreements you need for that data.
We do not have access to your installation and do not host your data. If you share access or data with us to get help, we use it only to help you, and we ask you to share no more than the problem needs.
Tell us at hamid@revgrow.app straight away if you think your licence key or download link has been shared or misused.
7. Acceptable use
When you use this website, do not:
- Break the law or help anyone else break it.
- Try to disrupt the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or reach parts that are not public.
- Submit forms with false details, someone else's details without their permission, spam or automated junk.
- Scrape the site in bulk or copy its content to build a competing product or site.
- Upload or link to malware or anything harmful.
If you buy a licence, do not use RevGrow to send unlawful or unwanted messages, to store or share content you have no right to, to harass people, or to run anything illegal. You are responsible for how you, your team and your clients use the platform you run.
8. Your clients and your messages
If you run RevGrow for clients, they are your customers, not ours. You set their terms, support them and answer to them. We have no agreement with your clients and owe them no support or warranty.
Emails, texts and calls sent from your platform are sent by you. You are responsible for consent, opt-out handling and the laws and carrier rules that apply where you and your contacts are, such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR and A2P 10DLC registration.
9. Third-party services
RevGrow connects to services you sign up for yourself, such as Twilio or Telnyx for calls and texts, SendGrid or Postmark for email, Stripe for payments, and Google, Microsoft, Zoom and social networks for calendars, meetings and publishing. See integrations for the current list.
- You hold those accounts, under your own agreements with those providers, and they bill you directly at their rates.
- We do not control those services and are not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes or decisions about your account.
- This website links to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
10. Intellectual property
The RevGrow name, logo, website design, copy, screenshots and documentation belong to RevGrow. You may view and share pages from the site for normal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission, except where the licence terms allow it, such as rebranding the documentation for your own licensed platform.
Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and appear only to describe integrations or comparisons. Their use does not mean those companies endorse RevGrow.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve RevGrow without owing you anything for them. Your own data and content always stay yours.
11. Accuracy of the site
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is general information, not advice. Screens, features, integrations and plans can change before and after launch. Screenshots may show sample data. Comparisons with other products reflect their public information when we wrote them and may go out of date.
12. Disclaimers
The website is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code. Warranties for the product itself are set out in the licence terms.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or the waitlist.
- Because the website and the waitlist are free, we accept no liability for them beyond what the law requires.
- For a licence you have bought, the liability limits in the licence terms apply instead.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
14. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, misused the site, or because of how you run your RevGrow platform, including the messages you send and the data you handle for your clients, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.
15. Payment disputes
If something is wrong with an order, please email hamid@revgrow.app before you contact your bank or payment provider. Most problems, such as a missing download or a broken link, can be fixed quickly.
We keep records of each purchase, including your agreement at checkout, the delivery of your licence key and download link, and your download history. If a charge is disputed, we may share those records with the payment provider to show what was bought and delivered.
16. Suspension and ending access
We may remove you from the waitlist, refuse a sign-up or block access to the site if you break these terms or misuse the site. You can stop using the site and leave the waitlist at any time. Ending a licence is covered by the licence terms.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RevGrow changes, for example when sales open or when the hosted plan launches. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For important changes, we will also tell the waitlist and licence holders by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Purchases are governed by the terms in place when you bought.
18. Governing law
The governing law and the courts for disputes will be stated here before sales open, once the selling entity is finalised. Until then, if you have a concern, please email hamid@revgrow.app and we will try to resolve it with you directly. Nothing in this section takes away consumer rights that the law where you live gives you.
19. General
- These terms, together with the licence terms, refund policy and privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours if the RevGrow business is reorganised or sold, and these terms will continue to protect you.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at providers we rely on.
20. Contact
Email hamid@revgrow.app. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first and we will work to fix it.
