Licence terms

These terms cover the RevGrow licence: a one-time $799 purchase of the RevGrow source code and its documentation. RevGrow is not on sale yet; these are the terms the licence will be sold under when sales open. Questions go to hamid@revgrow.app.

What you get

• The complete RevGrow source code, with all 18 modules.
• Future releases, included at no extra cost. 15+ more modules are planned.
• The setup guide, including Launchpad, and the documentation.
• A licence key and a download link, sent by email after payment.

What the licence lets you do

When you buy, we grant you a permanent, non-exclusive licence that cannot be transferred. It lets you:

• Use, copy and change the source code.
• Deploy it as many times as you need, for your own business and for your clients.
• Run your agency on it with unlimited users and unlimited white-label client sub-accounts.
• Build your own changes and additions for you and your clients.
• Rebrand and republish the documentation for your own white-label offer built on your licensed copy.

What it does not let you do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the source code, in whole or in part.
• Use the code to make a competing CRM template, boilerplate or starter kit.
• Share your download link, licence key or account access with anyone else.
• Claim ownership of the original, unmodified code.

Selling access to the platform you run is fine. That is the point of white-label. Selling or giving away the code itself is not.

Delivery and downloads

After payment you receive a licence key and a download link by email. Each licence key allows 5 downloads, and keys do not expire. If you run out of downloads, email us and we will add more.

Updates

You decide when to update. We will keep releasing fixes for critical problems, such as security issues or faults that stop the product working, through the same download, at our discretion. We are not obliged to release new features, to follow a set schedule or to keep every change backward compatible. When we release new modules and features, they are included in your licence at no extra cost. Every release is listed in the changelog.

Your clients and your providers

• Your clients are your customers. We have no agreement with them and owe them no support or warranty.
• Email, calling, texting and payment providers run on your own accounts, under your own agreements with them. Their charges are billed by them, at their rates.
• Messages sent from your platform are sent by you. You are responsible for following the laws and carrier rules that apply, such as consent, opt-out, CAN-SPAM, TCPA and A2P 10DLC registration.

Ownership

RevGrow keeps the intellectual property in the original code. The licence gives you the right to use and change it, not ownership of the original. Your data is always yours.

No warranty

The code is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise it will be free of errors or meet every need you have.

Limits on liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the licence

If you break these terms we may end your licence, revoke your key and stop providing downloads, updates and support. That applies in particular to anyone found selling or sharing the source code. If the licence ends, you must delete every copy of the code you hold.

Licence sales are final once the download has been delivered. See the refund policy.
