Refund policy

RevGrow is not on sale yet. Joining the waitlist is free, so there is nothing to pay or refund today. This policy applies once sales open, to the $799 one-time RevGrow licence.

Licence sales are final

The RevGrow licence is a digital product: the complete source code, delivered as a download as soon as you pay. Once the download link has been sent, the code is in your hands and cannot be given back, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on the licence.

By completing your purchase you confirm that you are buying digital content that is delivered straight away, and that you give up any right to a refund once it has been delivered. This is normal for source code products.

UK and EU buyers

Consumers in the UK and EU usually have 14 days to cancel a purchase made at a distance. That right does not apply to digital content once it has been downloaded or accessed. At checkout you will be asked to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that the right to cancel ends when the download link is provided.

Delivery problems are always fixed

If something goes wrong with delivery, such as a download link that does not work, a damaged file or a missing licence key, email us and we will put it right quickly. This applies whatever the refund position.

Look before you buy

Because sales are final, we want you to be sure first. Before you pay you can:

• Read the feature pages for every module.
• Read the full documentation, including install, updates and backups.
• Check the changelog to see what ships.
• Read the licence terms.
• Email hamid@revgrow.app with any question, before you spend anything.

The hosted plan

The hosted plan at $97/month is coming later. Its billing and cancellation terms will be published here before it launches.
