What the RevGrow website collects, why, who helps us handle it and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us in our forms, our analytics are cookieless, and we do not sell your information.
1. Who we are
RevGrow makes a white-label CRM that businesses buy once and host themselves. RevGrow is run by Hamid Mazumder, based in India. "RevGrow", "we", "us" and "our" in this policy mean RevGrow.
For the information collected through this website, RevGrow decides how it is used, which makes us the controller of that information. Questions and requests go to hamid@revgrow.app.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers revgrow.app, its forms, the emails we send you and the conversations you have with us. It will also cover licence purchases once sales open.
It does not cover RevGrow installations run by our buyers. Each buyer runs their own copy of the CRM, and their own privacy policy covers the data in it. See RevGrow installations run by buyers below.
3. Information you give us
- Waitlist: your name and email address, and if you add them, your company name, the CRM you use today and whether you are interested in the hosted plan. We also record your consent, the page you signed up from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters).
- Product updates: your email address and your consent.
- Contact form: your name, email address, company if you add it, the topic you choose, your message and your consent.
- Emails you send us: your email address, what you write and anything you attach.
- Licence purchases, once sales open: your name, email address, billing country and tax details where required, what you bought, and your licence key and download history. Card details go straight to our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
4. Information collected automatically
- Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and a few events, such as a form being submitted, without cookies. It records the page, the referring site, country, and device and browser type, and does not identify you or follow you across other sites. We do not send your name or email address with these events.
- Performance: Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load, also without cookies and in aggregate.
- Security and delivery: like any website host, Vercel processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Spam checks: our forms include a hidden field that catches bots. If a spam check is shown on a form, it is Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes device and browser signals only to tell people from bots.
5. How we use it
- To email you about the launch, the founding offer and the product updates you asked for.
- To reply to your messages and answer your questions.
- To deliver a licence you buy, provide downloads and updates, and help you with it.
- To understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast, working and secure.
- To keep the business records the law requires, such as tax records, and to handle payment disputes.
Where the law asks for a reason, ours are: your consent, for the waitlist and product updates; taking steps you ask for and performing our contract with you, for replies and licence purchases; our legitimate interest in running and protecting a useful website, for analytics and security; and legal obligations, for tax and accounting records. You can withdraw consent at any time.
6. How our forms reach us
When you submit the waitlist, contact or product updates form, your browser sends the details directly to RevGrow HQ at crm.revgrow.app. RevGrow HQ is our own CRM, where we keep sign-ups and messages. It is not shared with other businesses.
7. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own, and our analytics are cookieless. That is why there is no cookie banner. If a spam check is shown on a form, Cloudflare Turnstile may store what it needs to run that check on that form only.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools that use cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
8. Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Vercel: hosting this website, cookieless analytics and speed measurement.
- The infrastructure RevGrow HQ runs on: storing sign-ups, messages and customer records.
- Our email delivery provider: sending the emails you asked for.
- Cloudflare: spam checks on forms, when they are shown.
- Our payment provider, once sales open: taking payment and handling tax and fraud checks.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or with a buyer of the RevGrow business if it is ever sold, who would have to respect this policy.
9. What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
10. How long we keep it
- Waitlist and product updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, or until they are no longer needed for the launch and updates you signed up for.
- Messages: for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Licence records: for as long as your licence and downloads are active, so we can keep providing them, and for as long as tax and accounting law requires after that.
- Analytics: in aggregate only, as Vercel provides it.
11. Security
The site and our forms use HTTPS, access to RevGrow HQ is limited to the people who need it, and we keep the software we run up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe from any of our emails using the link in it.
- Ask to see the information we hold about you, or for a copy you can take elsewhere.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it, including withdrawing any consent you gave.
Email hamid@revgrow.app from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on a request. We aim to reply within one month. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
13. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights over your personal information. In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as your name and email address), professional information (such as your company and current CRM) and internet activity (such as aggregate page views), from you and from your use of the site, for the purposes described above.
We do not sell or share personal information as the law defines those terms, and we do not use sensitive personal information. You can ask to know, correct or delete your information by emailing hamid@revgrow.app, or through an authorised agent, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
14. UK and EEA residents
If you live in the UK or the European Economic Area, data protection law gives you the rights listed above, and the legal reasons we rely on are set out in How we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please email hamid@revgrow.app first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
15. International transfers
RevGrow is run from India, and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. That means your information may be handled outside the country where you live, where privacy laws can differ. Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we use the ones our providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses.
16. RevGrow installations run by buyers
When a business buys RevGrow and runs it on its own infrastructure, the contacts, messages, payments and other data in that installation belong to that business. It decides how that data is used and is the controller of it. We do not host it, cannot see it and are not the processor for it.
If you are a contact of a business that uses RevGrow, please ask that business about your data. If you are a buyer, you are responsible for your own privacy policy, consents and data agreements with your clients. If you share data with us while asking for help, we use it only to help you and delete it when we are done.
17. The future hosted plan
A hosted plan, where we run RevGrow for you, is planned for later. For customer data in a hosted installation, we would act as a processor on your behalf. Before that plan launches we will update this policy and publish the data processing terms that go with it.
18. Children
RevGrow is a business product and this website is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, email hamid@revgrow.app and we will delete them.
19. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as RevGrow changes, for example when sales open or the hosted plan launches. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For important changes, we will also tell you by email if we hold your address.
20. Contact
Email hamid@revgrow.app with any question or request about your information. See also the Terms of Service.
