How integrations work
Every integration runs on your own provider account, so your data and your costs stay with you. Open Settings, then Integrations. Each card shows whether it is connected, and how many accounts are linked.
Credentials cascade. The admin sub-account of a brand decides which provider credentials its client sub-accounts can use, so you can connect once and share, or let a client bring their own.
Email sending
- Open the Email section and choose Add domain.
- Pick your provider (Postmark or SendGrid) and enter the domain.
- Add the DNS records RevGrow shows you at your domain registrar.
- Come back and choose Verify. Each record gets a tick when it passes. Changes can take a few minutes to spread.
Once verified, choose which domain sends each kind of email. Verified SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are what keep your mail out of spam.
Phone numbers, calls and texts
Buy numbers from inside RevGrow on your Twilio or Telnyx account. Choose the country, local or toll-free, and filter by area code. Each number shows whether it supports texts, picture messages and calls, and you can turn call recording on or off per number.
Sending texts in the United States usually needs A2P 10DLC registration. A guided form collects your business details, use case and sample messages for review.
Payments, calendars and ads
- Stripe: each client connects their own account, so payments settle straight to them.
- Google Calendar, Outlook and Zoom: two-way calendar sync per user, with meeting links created automatically.
- Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile and the Meta Conversions API: conversions carry the real deal value back to your ad platforms.
- CallRail: tracked calls are credited to the campaign that produced them.
Connection health
If a provider disconnects or a token expires, the card shows it and you can reconnect in one step. Messages that cannot send say why in the conversation timeline.
